Prompt Distributor Refund Policy

Refund window / 退款时限

You can contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund review. 你可以在购买后 14 天内联系我们发起退款审核。

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by the payment provider. / 审核通过的退款将由支付服务退回原支付方式。

Usually eligible / 一般可退款情形

  • Duplicate charges or unauthorized purchases.
  • 付款成功但 license 无法交付、无法激活,且在合理时间内无法修复的技术问题。
  • 扫码后提交了付款通知,但在合理时间内仍无法确认订单,且最终无法完成交付。
  • The product materially does not match the public description and we cannot provide a workable fix.
  • Refunds required by applicable law.

Usually not eligible / 一般不支持退款情形

  • Change of mind after successful activation and substantial use of Pro features.
  • 因第三方 AI 网站、浏览器策略、账号状态、本地网络或外部平台变化导致的临时不可用,但产品本身与公开描述一致。
  • 你未能提供订单号、购买邮箱、付款时间或其他最小可核对信息,导致我们无法匹配订单与付款。
  • Abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or violations of the product terms.

How to request a refund / 如何申请退款

  1. Email promptdistributor@163.com or use the support page.
  2. 请提供订单号、购买时使用的联系信息、付款时间、问题描述,以及必要时的截图或录屏。
  3. 如果是重复付款、误付或无法匹配的付款,请尽量补充付款账号提示、交易号提示或可识别的截图信息。
  4. We review requests in line with this policy, our Terms of Service, and applicable law.
