By using the product or purchasing Pro, you agree to these terms and the related policies linked below.

License and acceptable use / 授权与可接受使用

Prompt Distributor Pro grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Pro features in accordance with the product design and these terms.
你不得转售、转授权、共享购买凭证用于滥用、绕过技术限制，或将产品用于违法、欺诈、攻击性自动化或违反第三方平台规则的场景。
We may suspend or revoke access for fraud, chargeback abuse, credential abuse, or clear violations of these terms.

Payments, delivery, and support / 支付、交付与支持

Pro purchases are completed on the pricing page: create the order, finish payment, confirm it on the page, then wait for verification and delivery.
当前购买不是即时开通；只有在付款信息核对完成后，系统才会自动交付 license key 或其他激活凭证。
You are responsible for providing accurate order, contact, and payment information when asked.
Support, order recovery, and activation questions are handled through Support and related recovery pages.
Refund eligibility and process are described in the Refund Policy.

Disclaimers and limits / 免责声明与责任限制

Prompt Distributor depends on browsers, operating systems, and third-party AI websites that can change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with third-party services.
Prompt Distributor 依赖浏览器、操作系统与第三方 AI 网站，这些外部系统可能随时变化；我们不保证与第三方服务永久不中断兼容。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” basis, and liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected Pro license.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
